But yeah, add Shiala to the list. I imagine it isn't someone we could of killed in ME2 as well, since he specifically said ME1, so that rules out...Rana? (Since you can kill her in ME2 as well, I think?)

Shiala added... can't see her being an enemy for anything in particular though. The only thing that springs to mind is the fact that she was indoctrinated before Shepard freed her... Benezia seemed to think indoctrination was irreversible.

I'm thinking its either Shiala or Balak, he said ME1 importers, and those are two people that only people that import from mass effect 1 would have had a chance to kill and spared them

Toombs, Balak, Rana  all make the most sense if it's from ME1.

Balak makes the most sense. Shepard's on trial for wiping out an entire system along with thousands of Batarians. If Balak's alive then it makes perfect sense he'd either be gunning for Shep.

It says 'ME1 importers', not 'ME1 Paragon importers'. I'm guessing it's someone you couldn't kill at all in ME1.

Its obviously Balak. I put that punk in the ground already though so no worries there. That or Rana finally has enough of me blowing up her lab experiments.
