Now point me one person that wouldn't buy at least this "Dragon Effect Sonic Dark Knights of The Republic Empire: Rings of the Reaper Leliana's Witch hunt Arrival" game, justifying "it's BioWare, I must buy it or I'll die".<_<Jaldaric wrote...

Dragon Effect Sonic Dark Knights of The Republic Empire: Rings of the Reaper Leliana's Witch hunt Arrival..
What kind of DLC items do you think will be sold for that game?
and is there a version I can play on Facebook as well?
Its all DLC. All you get when you buy it (69.99 for the regular edition 89.99 for the collectors edition, which comes with salt&pepper shakers, napkins and a bottle of mustard) Is the Dragon and Sonic portion. Its just ten hours of fetch quests, and having gay sex with Sonic. For hetro sex, you need the Jade DLC part, and for Bi you'll need the Effect DLC.
Once you have the Republic Empire DLC, you can take the normandy (if you got the Effect DLC, if not you take an over-crowded Imperial Shuttle, with a lay over in 3 star-systems. Real time travel! So, expect 20 hours at least doing this!!) to an Imperial Dreadnaught, once you're in your quarters, you go to your terminal, log into Origins, and play the facebook game.
Then about a year or so later, and 20 more DLC's, you can get the Happy-Happy go lucky rainbow giant tentacle green leaves bus super-duper ultimate final fantasy X2 version for a low low price of $299.99.
Sperate item DLC packs will consist of bra's, panties, jock straps, dresses, tuxes and LA Noire style weapons. Oh, and an ability to paint your pet dog-cat-hamster-Tali-Merill-robot. Each color costs $5.99 though.
So once Mass Effect 3 has been released what is next for Bioware?

I'd like it if Bioware would make a modern age crime RPG, that focuses on characters, their experiences and circumstances that surround them. Something dark, something sad, where the character tries to escape the dark hole which swallows him/her in the end.
Combat wouldn't be the main focus, but there would be somewhat realistic third person combat. A shot or stabbing needs to be dadly and bloody, otherwise it would detach the player from the game narrative/world.
TL:DR
A tight, rather linear crime RPG is what I'd like to see.
Yeah Rockstar already released that pile of suck you suggest, its called LA Noire.

I think there will be ME spinoffs. Of which kind, I wouldn't dare guess. Maybe several. Of course I'm rooting for the "Miranda Lawson Chronicles", a stealth based game featuring Miranda as the protagonist, starting around 2166 with the initial mission being to escape from her father's domain.
I don't think there will be ME sequels. Shepard's actions will shape the galaxy too much, there are too many different endings, so that there's no way to avoid offending large groups of old fans. If there are sequels, there won't be any reference to the events of the ME trilogy which would take half the fun out of things. Theoretically, if they go for the innovative, they could make the sequels reference ME3 saves for the major political setup if they exist. But there's a limit to such things - the absence of whole species, which might be possible outcomes of ME3, is hard to patch into a game where important references to that species exist.

A "Mass Effect" spinoff or a new IP. It is pretty obvious. What other paths are open to them? BioWare is unlikely to launch another MMO soon after SWtOR. I hope they go with a new IP. Preferably something interesting in the present or near future. "Dragon Age" has fantasy covered and I am tiring of science fiction.
Well I am not totally against a game set in the present day however what would it be about? I must admit it confuses me a little when people specifically ask for games set in the present as if they are a rarity because there are plenty of titles set in the present and since there are plenty of titles set in the present day it leads me to believe that those asking for a title set in the present day are really asking for something more specific but the question is what?
Of course I could be reading more into things than there actually is and you just want another game, any game set in the present, who knows?

Have faith Ieldra2, this is Beaware we are talking about here so I am sure that the Mass Effect team already plan to make the ending to Mass Effect 3 as bland and boring as possible so that no matter what choices you make the Universe ends up being in the state as everyone elses and thus allow the Mass Effect team to churn out moar sequels and milk this cash cow dry.
Remember in Dragon Age 2 how joining the mages still ended up with the grandmaster turning into an Abomination and you being forced to kill him or how joining the Templars still ended up with the head Templar going crazy forcing you to kill her? It will be just like that and everyone's universe will be the same hooray.
Of course if it isnt they could just ignore it and go "**** you, were gonna milk this **** dry so go ****** on your choices".

Why, why do people even bother asking? The MMo is near completion.

The focus will be in retaining resourced for The Old Republic, they won’t keep multiple IP’s going whilst trying to juggle an MMOG at the same time or they’ll end up living off past reputation with average modern products akin to what happened to Square Enix trying to be too diverse but in the process destroying what made them great to begin with. I believe the EA-BioWare combo though bemoaned by many will make for a good combination to take on the MMOG industry, and until they get a foothold there I wouldn’t pin much hopes on anything else.

Becuase i don't care about that MMO at all. For me it doesn't exist.
What is so weird about that ?

It could be about anything. If you are asking for a storytelling genre, I was leaning toward an urban fantasy mystery, or perhaps an action adventure or action thriller.

It's not weird it's futile. Your just one person there is a market for people who like MMO's after all and Bioware being owned by EA means profits are probably the most important thing.

It would be more tragicly amusing if it wasn't DLC and was it's own game like that terrible Kingdom Hearts fiasco. Maybe they could just call it NeverJaded Empire Hearts?

"Forbes: Do you see BioWare returning to the Mass Effect universe once you’ve completed the trilogy?
Ray Muzyka: We want to make sure it’s awesome. [Mass Effect 3] is our first focus. Beyond that, we do have a desire to continue the Mass Effect franchise, and we’re working on the details, figuring out what the fans want, figuring out the right way."
