This is yet another question I have with regard to the missions that arise out of your service history. For some odd reason, I don't seem to be getting any other pre-service record mission besides "I Remember Me" (A.K.A traumatized woman on the Citadel docks who is on the verge of committing suicide) which I actually obtained on my first playthrough.  This is highly unusual considering that I switch service histories often. 

After what # main-planet mission do I get entreated to these special missions? Where on the Citadel can I access them? 

On the same note, I would like to point out that I am no longer receiving Emily Wong's second muckraking mission (Traffic-Controllers and their being overworked). Once again, would you all be so kind as to tell me when and where I will be able to access this mission? 

When responding to this post, please know that I am currently on my third playthrough.

What background did you choose?
Earthborn, Colonist, or Spacer?

First of all, you need to complete one of the main planet missions, before any of these quests will trigger.
i.e. Feros, Noveria, or Therum.

You already know about the Colonist one, which leaves the other two.

For Earthborn, go to Chora's Den and you'll run into a guy named Finch & that will start that one.

If you picked Spacer, you need to go down into the Wards access corridor (same place where one of the Keepers were). There you'll see a guy named LT. Zabaleta.


The Emily Wong - Planting a Bug sidequest won't trigger until after you've completed on of the main planet quests, as well.
Go to the tower, in the Presidium,  & she'll be standing in front of the steps leading up to the Council Chamber.

I think they all are triggered by completing at least 1 main mission (Liara, Feros, or Noveria).  For colonist, the mission is right outside the Normandy at the docking bay (you may have to do the inspection, head down to C-Sec, then back up.  For Earthborn you can find a guy named Finch near the Rapid Transport outside Chora's Den.  For Spacer you can find a guy in the Wards Access part of the Citadel (one of the blue hallways).

I have already completed Therum and am in the process of completing Noveria.

So as you can see, I was greatly puzzled when Wong's second side-quest did not trigger.

FYI, I picked Spacer.
