I know you check these forums from time to time..

Can you please tell us the status on what is happening to all of us that has bought the collectors edition and all the others across Europe that has in some way codes that has been redeemed resulting in zero stuff for us to download but used codes that can't be used again.

Would be fun if you at least can let us know if you have noticed that the problem is and if you have some sort if staus when this can be fixed.

Its a shame that we have been wating two weeks longer than the other versions here in Europe but this is totally not cool when we can't even get what we have paid for after the two week delay.

so pls, som words from you would be helpful. We are your customers/fans, after all without us you wouldn't be making games at all.

im suprised one of the big news sites hasnt picked on this yet... come on guys... i dont believe in no news is good news..... let us know at least that our complaints are being looked at....



nearly 50 mods on this site... yet none have a voice.....

They might be avoiding it til' further notice. Heck, I don't think that they think anything is wrong.:(

i see some posts got deleted...  been on here from 11 this morning, still nothing... well if you count that 1 mod commented then deleted... (at least i cant find the reply now) their post.....

its really dissapointing.. anyone find any news anywhere? regarding anything

and reading the response and getting some detail as to what has happend I must say Im not really shocked to see that SCEE has managed to bring madness to the table =)

SCEE is the worst part of the entire Sony community they manage to make am ess out of almost everything they touched.. missed update stuff or lack of stuff in the store, and worst of all different stuff thruout the region of all the various stores they have here in Europe..
gosh, they should like totally just rebuild the enitre network here and follow Microsofts shoes and have one centre of the network instead of this jungle of stores scattered around.

I tried redeeming 5 codes(3 that came in the game 'box' + 2 I got in email from GAME), the Blood Dragon Armor(1 of the 3 in the box) + Promise Ring(1 of the 2 from the the email) worked fine and allowed me to download while the others as mentioned in the topic at the top seem to be accepted but don't show up(the stone prisoner even disappered from the dlc list, before I redeemed it was showing in the list to buy).



in the topic at the top it mentions the 3 items + the stone prisioner but not the memory band as having that issue(but I have that issue with the memory band, anyone else order from GAME have the same? or are all of you recieving the memory band?

@ fowler if you go back one step back to the actual forum and not just this thread u can see that bioware has made a statment regarding this issue so they are lokking into it to fix the problem. They claim u will not loose anything so try and be patient and hopefully they will sort this mess out real soon

just out of contact with jason there... ive been doing a few tests for him here in the UK, seems like everythings working with codes except shale, the memory band and the 3 collectors items, book helm and staff...



THEY KNOW NOW WHATS HAPPENING.... so hopefully itll get sorted soon...

@ im trying to tell that myself but I guess people will keep telling us all their codes won't work *lol*

Yeah, but 50% of all the threads here are about the DLC :P And this forums isn't very big. Anyhow, I'm just glad to finally hear from someone from BioWare.

My problem is with them misinforming us about the bonus disc because I am beyond angry i wasted 54 dollars for my collectors edition and none of my computers can even read it. I want some kind of payback like the soundtrack.

@ messor, yeah it only works in the ps3 since they actually released it on a blu-ray disc and not DVD as it states

that's very strange gents.....to be honest my dlc codes worked without failure



i went in game, did the redeem codes, inserted the whole code (caps lock and dashes included) and when it said to download for free i did, one at a time, even though it was annoying to keep going there but just in case so as nothing would go wrong



so yeah just idk how did it mess up for all of you?

Shadow: if u were the one of the guys that got the DAO on relase day here in Europe u should have noticed that none of the codes worked.. but its fixed now, since like two days back.



messor and now I understnad what you mean. I check it today.. Im damn angry aswell, how on earth could they be so damn stupid.

never got mine release day...got mine like weeks later because i had no money at the time...now im even more concerned since im weeks late and my code was working perfectly

yeah, that's because they fixed it before you had you hands on it =) so this is not a issue anylonger.

Its resolved, bioware has even made a post of it if you look higher up in this technial forum
