Because

1)It's American and done by American .
2)NYC represent the epitome of american society . Capitalist and freedom .
3)Because it's populated .
4)Because everyone have heard about New York City

No one care about  Saint-Sauveur QC Canada
:kissing:

1. Bioware is actually a Canadian company (Long Live The Maple Leaf!)
2. It'd make sense to move the focus to someplace that has a bit more grandeur (and present-day Vancouver/Seattle definitely have potential for that). Plus, in the ME world it's the Alliance's headquarters on Earth (iirc; it's not NY, in any case).
3. So is Vancouver/Seattle
4. I Heart NYC, but this relationship is starting to get old tbh. :kissing:

What you want to see a Jappa Dog stand get blown up, or is a full blown resteraunt in the future?

Don't read you.

I think that's a street vendor in NYC.

Apparently it's a Vancouver-based franchise that expanded to the U.S.

I have nothing to say... just wanted to quote all the quotes...:innocent:

And New York is awesome btw...

New York is one of the best places on Earth.

Quote string ftw!

Anyways, I would love to see some Vegas like that one guy said.

And even moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooore.....

We're gonna get in trouble.

Not opposed, but it's been done way too many times IMO.

FYI, pyramid quotes will cause thread-locking.

I think the thread has really switched to "what cities do you want to see".

And I'm done. I promise. ^_^

I'd be scared to live there!

They should do Miami. Reapers hitting up South Beach.

The Reapers are taking their talents to South Beach and joining the Miami Heat?! Crap, more reason to hate the Heat...

I personally think that they should chose Columbus or Philadelphia, or Oklahoma City! Or some heavily populated city that almost never gets used... (Philadelphia does get used... but not often enough!)

Now that is what I would call a situation.

Detroit. If Seattle and Vancouver can merge to become one city, why not Detroit and Windsor? They practically are already.

In that case, I vote for Fort Wayne, Indiana, just because.

As a native New Yorker I too would like to see someplace different. Central America is being developed, how about showing it being destroyed. I bet that would ruin those real estate investors day. I'm part tree hugger.

I would like to also see cities we've never seen before, along with the classics.

When was the last time you saw Moscow getting destroyed?

Cairo?

New Delhi?

Didn't history teach us that NOBODY conquers Russia? I bet even the Reapers would fail.:bandit:

Probably.

If defeating the Reapers isn't a good war story, I dunno what is.

NY has been done to death, and all other American cities look exactly the same. Except Washington DC.

It'd be cool if they did somewhere new. Like District 9. I liked that film being set in a city I'd never seen before.

We've all seen Earth footage at E3; did anyone recognise that location? I didn't.

Hmm. I've been to Seattle... it didn't look like that! I'm not saying you're wrong, only that they've changed it a lot.

I suppose as long as they make it look suitably different and futuristic then it won't matter too much to me what location they use... as long as it's not NY!

Because we are already visiting London?

I don't think Shep needs to do a tour of every major city on the planet. I'd rather visit other planets than have multiple missions set on Earth. One is enough.

LOL

I've been there too actually, and it doesn't look anything like the E3 footage either. ;)
