I wanted to see what others thought of this very well made mod. I've almost finished a runthrough with the new assassin and, I must say, the assassin is substantially more powerful with this mod. I love the new abilities such as death attack and the ability to put 3 pips into dual wielding. I haven't messed around with the other rogue changes yet, but at the same, time my assassin feels overpowered in a way. I'm not totally sure why. So I guess I wanted to get see what others thought concerning how balanced they think the mod is from their experience with it.

I loaded it up, but got put off by the drastic change it makes in pickpocketing. Essentially it allows at least 1 failed attempt without any penalty and, depending on your stats, often 2 or 3. While I think the penalties for pickpocketing are probably too high in vanilla I think this mod goes way too far the other way.

Wow, I didn't know about the pickpocketing. I like the new rogue abilites for sure though like crippling strike which deals maximum damage and on a successful hit the victim must make a saving throw vs. death (with a -4 penalty) or have its strength score lowered to 10 for the next five rounds. I used it on Yaga Shura and it worked. It gives thieves a nice attack that works on the big important bosses which I think is pretty sweet. Now the assassin's death attack is pretty sweet as well. At any rate I haven't tried all the other class changes yet. It's very well made. Maybe I'm just so used to Vanilla.
