Ha, I feel lucky because two of my wishes have, at least partiallly, already been granted. Those are:
5. The interaction (combat)
with Reapers - I really wanted to be towered and nearly treaded down by them.
4. More dynamic environments - if they can't be destructible by player himself, then make them at least more dynamic, i.e. breaking walls, crumbling floors, crushng buildings, etc.
Hmmm, the remaining three would probably be:
3. Larger levels - that means both hub worlds with all those shops, bars, ofices, etc. (ha combine them with point 4.

) and battlefields with preferably more than one obvious route and less corridor like feeling (I guess this wish won't be granted).
2. Good conversations with NPCs - that would prefferably mean both, the good conversation animations (at least on par with LotSB, but prefferably as close to Uncharted / L.A. Noire as possible) and richer dialogues (as close to Mass Effect 1 as possible). If I have to choose between the two, I would go for better looking conversations though.

And most importantly:
1. More Suicide Mission like missions - that means the involvement of more squadmates than 2 henchmen, the ability to assign tasks to different squadmates and the chance of loosing them.
Honorable mention:
As varying and rich gameplay as possible - that means a lot of hacking minigames, driving / piloting different vehicles, maybe some stealth mission, special boss fights / minigames, etc.
