For those that may not know Blasto is actually a fictional character in the ME Universe. Below is a short description of him.
Blasto the Jellyfish Stings !!!
"An exploitation film centered around the fictional character Blasto, portrayed as the first hanar Spectre. Blasto, who is described as having "a lover in every port and a gun in every tentacle" also appears, based on quoted dialogue (see below) to be based off of the fictional character Dirty Harry Callahan. However, the film has been the subject of criticism from anti-defamation groups who object to the use of the term 'jellyfish', which many hanar view as an ethnic slur."
Just as Kai Leng, a character from the Mass Effect Novel Retribution will make his first appearance in ME3; myself and many others want to see Blasto make his debut in ME3 in some form or another.
Blasto was originally a joke that was made by writer Patrick Weekes on the ME forums. I believe his original post is as follows,
"Blasto the zany pistol-wielding hanar gunslinger with a dark pas, a heart of platinum, and the tendency to shout, Enkindle THIS!!! in combat..."
If you would like to see Blasto the first Hanar Spectre make his official debut in ME3 show your support and ENKINDLE THIS!!!
