Conductor
Defeat an ancient evil in the Vimmark Mountains

( Kill Hawke's father ghost demon mage something ? )

Deep Roads Safari
Kill a genlock, genlock alpha, hurlock alpha, bronto, and deepstalker in the Vimmark Mountains

Has to do something with going back to the deeproads to find out what the wardens where searching for?

Family Legacy
Apply three effects to Hawke's Key.

Hmmm some sort of new armor/power upgrade?

Family Outing
Complete the main quest in the Vimmark Mountains with Bethany or Carver in the party.

Warden connected?

Tower Sweeper
Complete every side quest in the Vimmark Mountains prison tower

Is that the tower on 1 of the 3 pics recently released?

I dont think a lot of people see this because the don't come to this section of the forum? Perhaps you should post it in the general dragon age registered or non registered forum?

Anyways, thanks a lot for sharing. It brings us one step closer at what the upcoming dlc will be:D

So, it does has something to do with M-Daddy Hawke.

To get the Family Outing Achievement, this has to be done in Act 1 or possibly after end game, right?

Correct. Though we might get somewhat of a weird situation. Didn't BioWare state that the post-endgame save is chronologically set before the actual events of the endgame?
So I guess we can somehow go out and do this DLC with our bro/sis, before we're actually reunited with bro/sis? o_O Not sure how that's going to work.

I doubt that; we can also do it if bro/sis joined the templars/circle mages. Since the prevailing theory is that the DLC has to do with either Malcom Hawke or the Hawke/Amell family, it might be tied to that.

Edit: wait a minute!

As JerHopp said you might want to ask a mod to move this to the Registered Game Owners or General Discussion forums, since those are the most active atm.

I think it will be doable at any point past getting to Kirkwall.

I know that. A BioWare dev has already confirmed that in another thread a while back. I was referring to doing the DLC with bro/sis in party.
Mind you, they could just make up a reason for the sibling to temporarily join you post Act 1 as long as he/she is alive.

Yay for presumably involving siblings in the story, some of my favourite characters and they're only around for about 1/3 of the game, if that. Colour me happy.

I wonder why the achievement for defeating an 'ancient evil' is called "conductor"...

Also, I wouldn't suggest trying to move the thread to a no spoiler section, the achievements themselves are spoilers, not to mention the speculation / discussion.

Oh, I doubt that they will give a reason for the brother/sister to join past act 1. Possible, but highly unlikely. I don't think that wardens or templars get time off to go on adventure and Bethany is pretty much stuck.

If there's an Achievement for having Bethany or Carver in the party, I wonder if the DLC quest is tied to the Amell family, or perhaps it has something to do with Malcolm Hawke's past, which he refused to discuss with his family. I wonder if the developers are going to have the narrative of the DLC permit Hawke to make an important choice that could have consequences, like The Warden's choice in "Warden's Keep" to have Avernus live and continue his experiments.

Conductor.

It's because the ancient evil is the mine car from DAII's Abandoned Mine map.

So there's some ancient evil that needs killed in a an old prison tower and Hawke's key is needed to get in to it?

Oh, and darkspawn....do we need to pass through the Deep roads in order to reach this tower, I wonder?

I've had my fill of pointlessly evil mages in Dragon Age 2.

Perhaps it refers to a large darkspawn raiding party on the surface, which is what most thought the Fifth Blight was before the fall of King Cailan and the ascent of the Archdemon.

Sounds interesting.

Possibly, given the griffin statutes that we saw in Mike Laidlaw's "Thank You" thread. I really like the Grey Wardens, and I wouldn't mind a DLC that explored the order some more.

If it's tied to Malcolm's past, maybe it was a mage prison, like Aeonar?

Yeah the picture showed it, the 3 that came out a short while ago...

I thinks thats the tower they mention in the achievement.

But will it be in another city? Region?

Starkhaven is a city in the Free Marches, will we ever visit that?

I wager it could be something closer to the Father's past. I.E. they could have it where it's based after the ending of DA2 that your Sibling has discovered something and contacts Hawke so they can seek it out together. Would be logical and simple addition. Plus it would give the player more face time with the newer versions of their siblings. Their secondary outfits otherwise would have only been seen in flashes within the game pretty much. That being more a thought on console players since otherwise they are stuck using DLC outfit changes alas Mass Effect.

Beside the story I wonder how the darkspawn will look like, after the second redesign. Hopefully more like in DA:O or DA:A.

The developers mentioned that we would get to see more of the Free Marches, so it's likely another part of the Free Marches (although the mention of mountains makes me wonder if it's near any of the city-states or simply out in the wild). As for Sebastian's city-state (and the largest city-state of the Free Marches), it'd be more likely that we'll see Starkhaven in an expansion since Sebastian never takes the reigns as Prince during the seven year story arc, although I wonder how he'd respond to Hawke if Anders is still alive.
