 On my first playthrough of DA2 when i got to the quest with the qunari mage saarebas. after killing all surounding enemies usually it should have gone to a cutscene, but it had taken longer than usual. just as saarebas was canceling one of his buffs the cutscene started glitching my game into haveing any lighting effect thats goes under the black strips in a cutscene to appear above it. not just lighting effects but glare off of armors, fire, and smoke. not only does it go above the black strips it also sometimes appears ontop of characters as iff phaseing through them to the forefront.

Now im usualy not one to complain but i figured that it would only effect this one charcter but after starting another it carried over, so i deleted everything. chacters, saves, dlcs, and the updates, loaded it up started a new charcter fresh from the start with no add ons and no other charcters with the effects problem, and it still persists. recently i find it hard to get back into DA2 because it kinda deters me from playing again. mainly because it destracts me from the game when im playing. 

so im hopeing for some help with the problem!
