I don't know why, but I can't upload new images. It always says: "Your image's dimensions are greater than the maximum allowed width and height." That's nonsense...

Can you help with this please?

Got the same problem, didn't have it before got it now when i tried to upload.
Im getting tired of nothing working as it should.

Under Dragon Age: Origins - Player Profile Diagnostics / Manage Screenshots / Manage Characters do you have Unable to connect to the online storage server?
I do and i am wondering if the problem is connected, it was working fine yesterday. If it is not connected any idea how i should fix it or what the problem could be?

I can't connect either, sadly i don't think there is a fix.
It's strange, everything works on DA 2 but not DAO.

I've got the same problems as mentioned in the posts above! Everything worked properly until that 'server-down' 2 days ago. I really hope, that it'll be fixed soon!

I've had a problem for months where my screenshots and characters would not upload. I assumed it was because I had mods installed. However, I'm currently also receiving "Unable to connect to the online storage server", so maybe it was related?

I'm getting the same thing at the moment, that "unable to connect" message in my DA:O profile -- might not be related, but my DAII characters and achievements haven't updated in a few days, either. I did change my gamertag a few days ago, so that might have something to do with it. =\\

And yesterday I get this message everytime I try to delete my Dragon Age characters from my Bioware Social Network profile, "Unable to connect to the online storage server". Recent Achievements update fine but my New Character won't update.
If anyone has had this happen to them and somehow fixed it, please help.

Got this issue as well. Cannot post anything new and when it is small enough the image is blank.
