...Reaper-fied Anderson for final battle, maybe.

We know he stays on Earth, right?  Hows that for a twist?

most guys work best with an established end boss villain. kotor had Malak and ME1 had Saren. either there is someone behind the Reapers or someone indoctrinated, or some ULTRA MEGA REAPER that's just head reaper.

or perhaps The Illusive Man is in there somewhere

Harbinger could work. I really hope it's a boss on a larger scale than Saren.

I'm assuming Harbinger, unless we deck him half way through the game or something. Unfinished business with it.

That would make sense given the end of ME2, but he did say "we" not "I". It would make perfect sense as it wasn't "hm" we actually fought; yet, we didn't exactly fight Sovereign either. Having said this, note, how we have only fought "human" bosses so far (I will count the Reaper Larva in 2). So, I could see a show down with TIM as they did make a point with his eye color and attitude (regardless of Shep's morale) However, I would like to fight both Bosses if TIM is one of them!

Or Udina possessed Harbinger, that would be even scarier.

I already believe that the Reapers are essentially the anti-spiral.

Final boss fight will be the player controlling their squad in a fight against indoctrinated Reaper-Shepard.

I can't take Harbinger seriously after his ending speech in ME2 and Arrival ("dust struggling against cosmic winds... ^^). He's a ham compared to Sovereign. When I talk to Nazara on Virmire I always have goosebumps (plus: "This exchange is over." *all windows shatter*)... and don't forget his theme which is one of the best villain themes of all times.

All in all, if it's Harbinger, then I hope he will change into a Sovereign-like antagonist. If Harbinger is just a mook, and we'll face someone else, I still hope he or she or it will be of Sovereign's caliber (not the size).

TIM will turn into a husk and Harbinger will assume direct control of him and fight with Shepard over control of the Citadel station. Oh wait...

Udina will turn into a giant bloated husk comprised out of dead bodies while TIM will battle Shep w/ his sword made out of pure element zero.

Yeah, that was kind of how I thought about it in DA2.

Shepard fighting an indoctrinated version of himself within his own head?  Brilliant!

Either before the final fleet battle (to make sure your side wins) or afterwards (to make sure they don't take revenge by destroying the earth)

Sovereign & Saren part 2 played by Harbringer & TIM as last fight would be lazy writing.

Conrad Verner. Not huskified or Reaperized, just Conrad Verner.

...okay, seriously, I'm guessing we'll invade the heart of the First Reaper (which may or may not be Harbinger) and face what remains of the species that kicked off millions of years of death. And kick their cloaca. *eg*
