TIM will of kidnapped Hannah Shepard after the confusion of the attack on earth. Since he's obsessed with Shepard anyway, he will use Shepard's mother for his Reaper tech project.

Would be nice if the illusive man assumes the role of a direct villian, as in actually coming in contact with him troughout the game, seeing the changes untill we fight him in the end.

The Normandy
My theory is that the Reapers wipe out civilizations so they wouldn't evolve into a second Reaper race. Humanity has already started. They made the Normandy SR-2 with a shackled AI and when Joker unshackled it, EDI became the Normandy, an intelligent starship. Then science™ happens and the Normandy is upgraded to become a Reaper.

Well, if we fought a terminator in ME2, we're clearly gonna fight a liquid-metal terminator in ME3.

TIM can fight, in the most recent book he picked up an assault rifle and went head to head with Turian cammandos, though he did say he hadn't seen combat in a decade before that. Of course, he and his body guards were outmanned and outgunned so Kai Leng had to bail TIM out.laecraft wrote...
Leave TIM out of this. He can't fight, you will be murdering a civilian. Let's concentrate on the Reapers, shall we?
Yeah, but how well can he fight? Several minutes and fifteen shots, and he's already out of breath. You think he can stand up to a trained Alliance Navy? Don't make me laugh. Comparing to Shepard, he's still pretty much of a civilian. He's well and truly out of shape and out of practice. Not to mention that he was shaken by his near-death experience - which, for Shepard, is basically everyday experience.
Someone actually shooting bullets at TIM is going to be a stress of a galactic proportion to him. He's got a mindset of a civilian, though I have no doubts he will fight if he has no choice. But the outcome of that fight would be predetermined if he were to face Shepard one on one. There's no honor in shooting TIM down.

A battle against husk-like Illusive Man. Alone. And there are husk minions of species that are both current and ancient. All right next to Harbinger's reactor core.
