Up to this moment game run great,  went trough 4 planets, with no problems, but the game crashes on the video, when i destroy the claw on feros, and thers nothing i can do no ctrl alt del nothing, i contacted the support, they went trough a lot off steps and told me to contact you, i updated drivers, reinstalled, patched it up, and did a lot off other stuff, and i really ask for yore help now couse the games just grat and i really dont want to stop half way trough,
Is there posybility to send you a save game maybe, you can have a look at it, or send me one from just after the movie so i can continue with the game,

Thank you for youre help and time.

There are plenty of movies associated with the core story worlds. Since you have an Intel graphics card there probably isn't much that can be done. Buy a better tower style computer or Xbox, would be your best hope.

Not sure how much success you will get asking people to play through parts of your save games for you, as if it is crashing at one stage of the game due to sub standard hardware, it will happen again later on, and you will have to go through the same process again.

Now, that said, there is a slim possibility it isnt your video hardware causing the crash, but audio driver. The one that comes with Win7 for Realtek HD is a complete piece of crap, and is prone to all sorts of bugs and errors, and it could be trying to initialise the audio for the intense and multiple channel sounds of the geth ship falling thats causing the problem.
Update it from your motherboard manufacturer or Realetk's website, as well as follow the audio/video tweak guide stickied at the top of the forum and you may have some luck.

If your PC is a desktop, I would suggest you go out and spend the $40 to get a semi decent card for gaming. If its a laptop, not much thath can be done unfortunately.

As I said I played trough 4 other planets, and other movies worked fine, the game itselfe works great, if i had any other problems i would just leave it and not try, but the fact that I actually managed to play trough half of it, its annoying, and cant see why its so hard to try to help. maybe it will work, and i can finish youre great game, and if it happened again well than it does and i say you were right sorry, but i believe ther is a great chance it wouldnt, as i played trough 4 planets already, and tere where other movies included there.
I dont think im askin for irisonable thing, I payed for game i think its great, and im askin for chance to finish it, it will take you 5 minutes to help, but insted its easier to find system faults, i know its not the best, but it run a lot of games and new titles too, thats why i bought youre game,
Just please consider,

As always, when you want respect, you put on a good front. Standard business level spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and paragraph breaks are in order. If you want to complain to EA, they are the ones who do not offer official support to low quality tinker toy hardware. If we gamers choose to take their lead in the matter, that's our prerogative.

This is a Self-Help forum. EA doesn't pay any of us to answer questions here; you get who is here, and that is other gamers, just as described in the forum's sub-heading at the very top of the page. If I choose to laugh or snicker at the idea of relying on Intel for graphics, that is my personal opinion of a company I have no respect at all for.

Sorry about that. You could have paid more attention to the warning label (System Requirements) on the game box.

I know, I could, and I did, I'm just askin for help, I'm not makeing you do anything if you don't want to you don't have to. Just wanted to give it a try, to see if I can finish the game, that's it.
