Skildron, just FYI, I moved 20K kilometers away from my parents home. I did keep NWN disks and manuals up until that big relocation. It would be stupid to carry 7 year old disks with me. Most likely, it would cost me more to ship them across the world than I paid for them initialy. I was counting on keys being stored online. And I will not stop complaining about this issue.

P.S. btw, I am reporting you post as offensive. I have more common sense than you, apparently not to attack people on public forums like that.

Well, your moving half around the world would of course explain why you did not take your disks etc. with you. But what about your PC/Laptop? Weren't the keys on there somewhere?

And, btw., since I bought NWN I moved our complete household with a family of six two times, though only for about 300km each time, for work reasons and my disks and nwn install are still with me.

You can do that if you like. I don't see where I offended you specifically, but if you feel offended - well, that's up to you. If you had read the complains about Bioware not doing this or that combined with threats and very descriptive language, you probably would be annoyed, too.

You mean the manuals that were notorious for having the keys rub off yes?  My cd keys are utterly unintelligible smudges despite the, well thumbed, manuals being in pretty good order.

You would remember the complaints in the original forums about this very issue (CD keys rubbing off) and Atari using the nastiest pressing plant they could find resulting in discs that were easy to scratch.

has anybody gotten keys from CDKeys.com? Their deals seem great and their affiliate program sounds like an easy way to make extra game cash, but I'm just wondering if it's legit?
