It is going to be harder to get those alliances if we've been pro human to the point of xenophobia.
No it won't. They'll fight with us because they want to survive, not because they like us.
If you let the Destiny Acension be destroyed they will see it as humanity making a power grab (even if that isn't your intention). Why should they risk their people and their fleets to save the earth when humanity has shown itself to be nothing more than a selfish species hungry for power and willing to do what it takes to get that power? It maybe they feel that sacrificing earth allows them to strengthen their own defenses or buys them time to prepare for the reapers. If on the other hand you saved the council and showed them that humanity can be a team player they might be more willing to come to humanity's aide during our darkest hour.

It would be fun if I could coerce Udina into becoming my personal court jester.
See, that's the problem with you anti-Udina/TIM folks. You've got no humility. Anyone who doesn't bowdown and treat you like a king is to be scorned.
For shame.

Udina is far from an idiot. He's an excellent politician and a far less corrupt one than Anderson. He's the kind of leader humanity needs. A man willing to tell it like it is and get his hands dirty.

You can't be serious. Udina almost screwed the whole galaxy over in ME 1.

Anderson left his position and wiped out half of cerberus with the turians. How's that for getting your hands dirty.

He made logical choices considering the information available to him. Regardless, he is mature enough to admit that you saved his life and doesn't even hold a grudge that Anderson punched him in the face.
In ME2 he reigns in the Spectres and takes pre-emptive action to stall a batarian super weapon from being developed.

Having said this, I do have the Council on my side with Spectre status still; it doesn't mean I trust them just like I have the Cerberus badge in ME2 and am friends with two of them since the beginning, I don't trust the organization as a whole. Nor do I trust the Alliance given what they're about to do because of my "affiliation."
In short, Shepard's got too many irons in the fire, but I shouldn't be the reason for their petty grievances! Any or all three of these groups could screw me over at any point and I would be surprised if that happens despite me saving their asses!! I'm getting alot of BS on this line! Lose this channel!

We are working with limited data on this point, but I agree. My suspicion is that TIM is working Cerberus into the Reapers good graces by feigning indoctrination, all the while they are actually protected by the results of the Grayson experiment. The entire reason for injecting Grayson with Reaper nanites was to study the effects of indoctrination in hope of finding some way to protect against it.Skirata129 wrote...
actually, I suspect they will be. there's no way T.I. M would betray shepard after pouring billions of dollars into him without VERY good reason.
Granted, there is no solid evidence that this is indeed what is going on, but it seems like something TIM would do, and it would give Retribution a key place in the ME storyline.

Ok, now I know for a fact tat you are a troll. One minute, you say you like Cerberus because they cut through buearacratic crap, then hate on Aderson for unching throug buearacratic crap to aid Sheard in saving the galaxy in ME1, and then support the biggest buearacrat that pretty much gets i Shepard's way at every turn, and is the person that represents why you don't like the alliance ad side with Cerberus? You are a troll.Saphra Deden wrote...

Funny that Miranda's my favorite character... but that's another matter.
I'm actually curious, can anyone list some accomplishments that Cerberus has actually made for humanity?! It seems like everything they do ends up with dozens of human deaths and no progress...
