Or do i have to do everything before the suicide mission?For exemple, if i do Legion's loyality mission after i did the suicide mission and i choose to rewrite the Heretics, will they be rewritten in ME3?
Will the things i do after the suicide mission in ME2 effect ME3?

Pretty sure that is the case. DLC is supposed to take effect so as long as the flag is set in the save file it should be fine.

The suicide mission is just that, a mission, not the end of the game.

Interesting if it does. You know you can have a LI with each character after the suicide mission I have a save were I got with Miranda before the SM then Jack and then Tali I wonder what's going to happen with that.

It'll probably just associate you being LI with the last person your LI with.

There are no secret save files made like there were in ME1, you'll just import your ME2 save to ME3 and whatever the state of the game was when you last played it, those will be the variables carried over
