Yes, I voted Subject Zero off the island.
I found her personality and antisocial attitude so grating, I couldn't tolerate her for very long (or at all!).

And add to that her freakshow looks (my eyes hurt everytime she got cutscene time), I decided to purposefully get her killed so I wouldn't have to put up with her in Mass Effect 3.
And then there was Zaeed Massani.
I rejected him because he was too similar to Subject Zero in terms of personality.
Fortunately, he was a DLC character, so I didn't have to take him on the team at all!
And if he comes back for ME3, I'm going to stop playing right there, install his DLC then kill him off and start a new ME3 game just to get him gone as well.
They were the only ones I wanted to get rid of, the rest of the squadmates I have no issue with if they choose to return.
Basically, the view I'm taking is, if Bioware forces you to take squadmates you don't especially like, you're perfectly entitled to do whatever you want to remove them from the state of play, as it were.
It annoys me no end that Subject Zero is a mandatory recruitment, but Grunt and Legion (my two favorites) are optional recruitments.
If I'd actually been offered the choice, I'd have left Subject Zero to rot in jail and just moved onto the next lot of names on the list.
But I wasn't.
And I disapprove harshly of SZ trying to undermine Miranda all the time.
You want to discuss command protocol?
If a private continually harasses your second in command, you'd kick them off the ship ASAP or send them to a court martial.
And that's how I saw it, SZ is a low ranking member of the crew picking fights with one of the highest ranking ones.
That was not acceptable to me.
So. when the time comes, I felt nothing about sending SZ to her death to get her out of ME3.
