Nope. People who do this are essentially cutting their own wrists and deserve to have the Reapers win in ME3.

Hell, I would have saved the Virmire Sacrifice if I could.

I saved everyone.

I can't say there was anyone in Mass Effect 2 who I genuinely disliked to the point that I would allow them to die. There were characters I disliked enough that I would only go so far as to indulge them on their loyalty missions before immediately and permanently relegate them to ship duty for the rest of the game (Jacob and Zaeed) and characters that I liked but just not to the point that they got off the Normandy much (Samara, Mordin and Jack).

The thrill I got from a flawless victory against the Collectors was greater than any desire I had to leave someone behind when I set them up the bomb.

I sent Jacob to his death because I couldn't stand the man. Also, he hints that he had past relations with my future wife Miranda, since then I plotted his demise to avoid future complications from that man. I also did not mourn Jack and Zaeed, but it was sad to see Gareth flown away by that swarm of bees.

Garrus, my bad. I haven't played it in like a year, still should have remembered his name though.

Nope

Sure i wasnt keen on a few, but i just didnt use them.

I saw no point in killing them just for kicks. It just made no sense.

After i did the suicide mission once (losing garrus), i went to the forums to figure out how to keep him alive, after which i figured out you could kill of specific members, so i got rid of zaeed.

No offense to anyone, but deliberately killing off a character and therefore risking cutting yourself out of potential content for purely emotional reasons is beyond me. Pathetic no matter how you try to spin it.

Because you can only import one save into ME3 amirite?

OT: Went through my last playthrough not doing Jacob's loyalty mission (Shep figured it was a waste of time) and then sending him as the fire squad leader during the long walk. **** was dramatic.

I'm dangerously close to killing Tali off in each of my playthroughs, I really don't like her character at all, but haven't gotten around to do it. My infiltrator renegade femshep will probably screw the quarians totally over when she gets out of ME1 at some point... :)

With my main Shep, everyone is alive, but I'm doing a run through now where I'm hoping to kill off certain folks (God that sounds so terrible) just to see how that affects ME3. I'm trying to off (I'm such a bad person) the big fan favorites like Miranda, Tali and Garrus especially since I'm predicting their roles in ME3 will be pretty important.

But I don't hate any of them, no.  Oh god does this make it worse? ;)

If I could I'd kill the council again. Luckily they died in ME1, stupid dimwits they are.

I considerered it withSamara, but on my subsequent playthroughs I had enough Renegade to get rid of her beforehand, so I did.

Ahh yes... squadmate importancy...

Am so looking forward to this playthrough considering how people believe they won't matter

Note - The above image doesn't represent a true depiction of how this Shepard's playthrough will be imported, in the import version, Legion was recruited but remained unloyal and killed off, Zaeed and Kasumi's missions weren't done and some other squadmates were done.

Kept everyone, even those that I didn't really like, jacob and thane for one. I didn't have it in me to kill 'em, I can not even do a evil run through, just don't have it in me to be mean heh.

I briefly thought about doing that with Jacob but came to understand that it wasn't Jacob that I hated it was the way Femshep would talk to him like he was a sex toy. She didn't even like him that way but she talked like she did I ended up just never talking to Jacob at all except the bare minimum to do his loyalty mission and I only do that because I know how important it is to get closure when your dad dies. For years Jacob thought his dad was dead then to find out he may live, I knew if I didn't do his mission I the player would feel very badly when he bought it in the end.

Don't recall killing anyone off because I hated them. I'm indifferent towards every single one.

I have for ****s and giggles, though. Relatively minor ****s and giggles, mind you, but ****s and giggles nonetheless.

My Renegon War Hero FemShep had a rather interesting suicide mission.

1. Her best friend Kasumi dies closing the doors thanks to Miranda's ****ty leadership all because I too Jack's side in the argument and warned her against antagonizing the psychopath
2. Her surrogate son Grunt dies because she thought Book Smarts (Okeer) = Street Smarts (Experience)
3. At the final boss, Miranda was crushed under debris but wan't quite dead. My Shepard did not bother checking on her because she's petty like that plus OMG! COLLECTORS!
4. Mordin died holding the line. Expected more from so called former STG despite being backed by Garrus & Samara.
5. She also sold Legion because she wants nothing to do with Geth and trusted Jacob's opinion over miss haughty, Miranda.

Conversely my Paragade Colonist Sole Survivor whose eye begins twitching the moment he sees a Batarian and shoots him or her with the justification that all the good ones are trapped on the home-planet and he's just killing the bad ones.

1. Zaeed was vaporized by the Normandy's mass effect core discharging in his face despite the fact that Shepard warned everyone to stay away from the core room because the kinetic upgrades were not installed (Recruited Tali later).
2. Jacob got hit with a collector rocket. He volunteered. Rookie mistake.
3. Miranda got shot as second fire team leader, internal bleeding began but she took it like a champ. Unfortunately was crushed by debris after final boss fight. Will not be missed.

Why yes I role-play opportunistic psycho's. How did you know?

Nope, but because I want to see how ME3 would change because specific squadmates didn't make it, like how it's going to be with Cerberus when Miranda died.

I don't hate any of the characters in Mass Effect, not even the Councilors or TIM, but I am going to do a playthrough where certain people die. I don't think I'm going to miss out on any content if I do because I have more than one game.

I let Jacob die so he couldn't try and put it in Miranda while I'm on trial.
It is unfortunate that I couldn't kill my VS in ME2. I hate both of them.  OMG Cerberus in brainwashing you and working with the collectors. RIGHHHHHHHHHHHT.
