As for me, i think if ME3 will have less mates then ME2, than means ME2 were much seriosly mission....... =/

I am assuming that we will have little to no recruiting to do in Mass Effect 3, especially if you got your whole team through ME2 alive.

i want a choice, preferably ME2 squadmates since i played it before the first and felt more involved in ME2, It would be a real shame to see characters with so much potential to go to waste.

Most ME2 squad memebers will return as temporary, as seen with Mordin in the E3 demo footage.

- However I hope they add more than the 5 (technically 6) so far, because some people may only have 3 squad members, if Tali and Garrus died in ME2. And having 3 squad members would really suck. I'm luck though, they both survived for me!

Come on Bioware, lets here the other squadies!

We don't most of the squadmates we'll have are returning from previous games.  All squadmates will be appear in atleast a temporary fashion.  I suspect we'll have a core premanent squad, including probably one more new character (A female, to balance Vega)

That's actually right, if you're counting the VS as two squadmates.

thats because they could have been killed in the suicide misson and thus not alive to be a squaddie.

Went through the script. Counting Ash and Kaidan as only one squaddie since they are mutually exclusive, there are indeed seven.

I know of only 5 squad members, Tali, Garrus, Liara, VS and Vega... I guess neither of the other two characters are from Mass Effect 2?

I heard about dlc squad member to wich was accidently said in one of those interviews, i hope not, i hate dlc squad members they should already be in game not wait after you beat game 10 times then get new squad member lol

i still think we need a batarian squad member, it only makes so much sence, as they all hate shepard after what he/she had to do
