So me, being an idiot, changed the RAR files to open with adobe flash player, is there any way I can change it back?

You can't choose "open with..." again from the right-click menu and then reset it to your extracting program as the default?

In older versions of Windows there was a file association list in one of Windows Explorer's menus, but that appears to be gone in 7 (and I assume Vista). You can still access the same functionality via Control Panel\\All Control Panel Items\\Default Programs\\ though.
Also, WinRAR has in-built file type association functionality in Options->Settings->Integration. So does 7-Zip, under Tools->Options->System.
