I normally dont sign in once I have registered my DLC, and just tested it then. It told me a sign in change had occurred, and I should restart my game. Exitted, reloaded ME2, signed in and no problems.
Best bet is to contact EA support, as theres nothing anyone on these forums can do about account issues, apart from test their own account and connectivity to the servers.

So I have not been able to contact ea support. But then EA never answered my other requests for help (~titled: I want to send you money, please fix your checkout website) from 3 months ago either.
The password reset link is
not working. It takes > 12 hours for an e-mail to arrive. I couldn't login this morning, tried to get a new one sent to me, contrary to ea's message of new password sent, it took all day to arrive (and per the message source, ea didn't send it for 6 hours.) When I clicked on the link it says "this link is no longer valid, please request a new password."
Way to go EA...once again.
