I'm in Canada and I want to buy 560 Bioware points for The Arrival DLC. However, I'm not sure whether it charges me in USD or CAD. Normally for digital distribution sites I pay in USD (Steam, D2D, EA Store) however, last time I purchased from the EA Store for Bioware points it charged me in CAD. I payed for it with a USD credit card but it got converted to CAD when it was charged from the card. Now when I read the bottom of the EA Store it says "All prices in USD and valid for US and Canadian customers" so I'm confused. Also since The Arrival is 560 Bioware points I have to buy off the Bioware website and it does not say whether the price is in CAD or USD.

So which is it? Does Bioware charge in CAD or USD for Canadian customers?

The currency charged for purchase is generally taken from the IP of the customer. If you attempt to purchase BioWare points and before finalization it shows CAD, you can always back out of the purchase before it completes. For the Origin Store, you should be able to use USD for your purchases.

I just got to the verify screen and it doesn't say if it's CAD or USD. It just says $7 + $0.35 tax.

Thanks for responding. In the United States, the smallest BioWare points package on the Origin Store is 800 points for $10 US. So it would appear that it is quoting you CAD. If you purchase the package and it comes out incorrectly, we can resolve this with our Customer Experience team.
