Hello, i'm having some trouble with the landsmeet and would like some guidance. thank you

So I left the alienage with info on Logaine, and I talked to the Arl about it. He instructed me to meet him at the landmeet. Before you go to the Landsmeet, Alstair is locked into your party, and is therefore stuck as your companion.
So I killed Logaine at the Landsmeet, and also had Anora ruled as queen (to keep peace with Alistair; me and him have a realtionship in-game.) and everything seemed alright.
Until I left the castle.
I couldnt pick Alstair in my party, and when i returned into the castle, he was nowhere to be found. and no matter wehre i looked, he was gone. even in my camp, he vanished. and i thought maybe it was supposed to happen, until later on. but i'll get to that later.
So you know i killed Logaine, the evil villian that he is. Well, I go to talk to the Arl so we can discuss the march in Denerim, when all of a sudden, The Arl welcomes Logaine! and Logaine speaks back! but the thing is, his character form isnt there, and I KILLED HIM. so how is he talking?
and it gets weirder...
Morrigan is in my bedroom before I go to rest for the final battle with the Ritual. and you know, that absolutely sounded like a great idea... Until she said that I needed to get Logaine to sleep with her... does anyone no he's dead?????? i mean, i killed him in front of everyone....
Now the other thing with Alistair...
At the end, you can pick who will come with you to defeat the archdemon with you (again, no Alistair choice in my party.) so I pick my team. the companions tell you there goodbyes and condolenses...
and then Alistair's voice is speaking to me where he should be. Exactly like Logaine, except i didnt kill Alistair. he just disappeared.
i've tried everything. reloading the game, restarting the landsmeet. i either get the same result, or Alistair hating me :/
If someone could please help me with the solution, i would be eternally grateful x(

Trying not to give away any spoilers but you seem to have tricked the game into saving 2 different scenarios at the same time. It was a decision at the Landsmeet that would have chosen between Alister and Logain. You can try going back to your save prior to the Landsmeet. You may have to delete all saved games from the Landsmeet Forward including that save. Hope you don't have to go back too far. Make a copy of your saved gamed before doing this in case it doesn't work.

well, the last save i have before the landsmeet is the alienage area. do yuo think it'll be alright to go from there, or should i go farther into my saves? the other save before that, is sadly in orzammar, before the deeps roads.... phew.
either way, thank you for tehe advice Ghost i'll see if it works.

You should be fine reloading in the Alienage. You could probably correct the incorrectly set flag via the console if you are comfortable doing so (directions on the wiki). Are you using any mods? If so, which ones? I ask because there was at least one mod that attempted to fix some of the end game plot flags that had some...similarly odd issues.
