I loved the loyalty missions. They gave good insight in to the personal lives of over team members while adding some interseting story elements. While we help them deal with their personal issues I wonder how will they impact the plot in ME3?
Examples:
Garrus's mission.   If we let Sidonis live will he return in ME3?
Legion's mission.   If we overwrite the heretics will they be on our side?
Tali's mission.        The dark energy theory and will quarians be at was with the geth
Miranda's mission. Will we get to face her father?
Mordins mission.   The genophage
Well these are some missions I think might be important in ME3. If you have any ideas please be free to share them. :police:DO NOT START TO ARGUE OR BREAK SITE RULES OR THE POSTS WILL BE REPORTED. The stupid spam and trolling already got 2 of my posts blocked. So keep to the topic and don't bring your fights here.
Thank you.

I loved them as well, and I'm also curious if they'll affect anything. Obvious ones like Mordin's, Legion's and Tali's will probably show up in the main plot, but what about ones that were more about the characters themselves? Will reuniting with Kolyat drive Thane to seek treatment? Does Miranda's connection with Oriana put her at risk? How will Garrus act if Sidonis is still alive?

And to add to your list of plot-important loyalty missions, Kasumi's greybox. There's bound to be some consequences for keeping that around.

I think some will have more impact than others; maybe if you let Sidonis live, he's helping evacuate the Citadel, or if you saved Kolyat... well, actually probably the same thing.

Samara's is pretty obvious if you went to the end and you picked Morinth, but I doubt if you fail it beforehand, it'll have any impact. Jacob's also probably will have nil unless those people you rescued somehow becomes useful.

True, I can't think why some LMs might be important like the Jacobs and Jacks.

Some of my thoughts:

Mordin LM:
I predict that Maelon's data could become like a "missing puzzle-piece" that would complete the work of other researchers' data for a genophage cure, and you will have the option to cure the genophage if you have it. If not, you'll have to recruit vorcha (this was alluded to in the mission-report at the end if you destroyed it).

Garrus LM:
if there's a mission in which Garrus is crucial, Garrus will deal with it differently depending on what you did here. Sidonis killed - Garrus is more ruthless. Sidonis spared - Garrus puts emotions in check.

Tali LM: If exiled: getting quarian aid is not as easy without a formerly valuable member. If evidence given: quarians are more divided, will be unsuccessful in an attempt to take back their homeworld.

Miranda LM: Orianna is the only loose-end, so there's a bargaining chip there between you and Cerberus for Miranda's cooperation.

Legion LM: how does re-write affect the geth main faction?

Thane LM: how does the player's handling of Joram Talid play out? If it were me, I'd make it a no-win situ. If spared, he's still the same old bigot he was before, politicians never change. If killed, he dies a martyr to his cause and it adds fuel to the fire.

Really nice ideas. I wonder how the character dead effect ME3 other than not having them in your squad.

Very good point about Thane's, the Joram angle didn't occur to me.

I'm actually kind of hoping that we get a chance to either negotiate, ignore, or just flat out rescue Oriana.

I think Zaeeds loyalty mission could have a impact on ME3. Because with Vido died that means Zaeed can take back control of the Blue Suns and help you fight the reapers . . . . for a discount price.
