I'm finding myself unable to access my account, it keeps saying the password is incorrect, when it is correct. The password was not changed....and when I try to go through the lost password process, it says it sends the email...but I'm not getting any emails.
I have no filters that would interfere with the receiving of the emails either. This is very frustrating, since I would like to play my games.
Any suggestions?

...And now I conveniently get an email from a Aaryn Flynn Studio GM, BioWare Edmonton VP, Electronic Arts...regarding the hackings on the NWN forums....and asks me to click a link, saying my password was changed. lol.

I have the same problem. When I tried to play Mass Effect 2 today it said the connection to the server was timed out and when I tried to log in to the website it said my login details were invalid.

I can no longer log into my bioware account despite the password being correct - also if I click to get my password reset I receive no mail. Guess I got hacked

Happened to me too, this morning but the EA password reset comes just a bit late. I tried it @6:30 this morning after I got the mail from Aaryn and according to gmail it arrived at about @8:30. It tried it again 5 minutes ago, and I could change my password in about 2 minutes. I guess the EA mail server were overloaded or something. It should work now, if not just wait a bit longer.
