People who have high expectations of Bioware

That all being said, reading some of the suggestions and comments, aren't you guys putting a little too much faith in a company?
Like, you'll see people voicing their concerns about like RPG elements, plot points, fleshed out characters and it doesn't take longer than the 4th reply for someone to crawl out of their obscure hiding place to yell at the top of their lungs:
BIOWARE WILL DELIVER ON EVERYTHING! DONT YOU WORRY!!!!!!!!!! ITS THE THIRD GAME! DUH!
They come in with such velocity that you almost want to believe them, but their faith is misplaced. Bioware is still a gaming company. I don't expect anything more than a 20 hour wrap up of the trilogy. You guys, for some reason expect much more.
Will 3 deliver? I wish I could say "YES!!!" like all of you guys, but I don't think it will be much better than the first one or even the second. I hope to be proved wrong, but seeing the new stuff, the direction the game is heading isn't exactly innovative and considering Mass effects trend of appealing to the fangirls, I'm not exactly optimistic.

People expect quality for the money they're paying, news at eleven.
News flash: quality doesn't mean all your silly little features get added, like joker romance, s/s romance and all the other trivial romances you guys want.
Quality also doesn't mean a crap load of character background and interactions that bog down the game.
QUALITY is what Bioware is use to producing, what the fans want is something completely different.

As far as RPG features, I've seen enough to know I will be satisfied. Everything that has yet to be shown is just icing on the cake.
Also, stop trolling.

Hopefully much better than DA2.

Quality also means that they listen to feedback and make decisions from there.
QUALITY is what Bioware is used to producing, which tends to coincide with what fans want, since they make really popular games.

Gameplay wise I wouldn't be disappointed with an improved version of what we got in ME 2.

WHEN has Bioware listened to what the "fans" want in their games? Only in this series did they force that Garrus/Tali romance. The rest of Bioware's games have been pure ingeniuity.
Oh, and here's the memo: there's nothing that I "specifically" want, again, my expectations aren't high.

yes, this is all a big elaborate troll involving real points and logical thinking. Thanks, take your replies elsewhere if you consider this a troll. I know "serious discussions" are uncommon here. I guess I should make this a BIOWARE SUPPORT THREAD. maybe then I wouldn't be considered a troll.
Good grief.

I for one liked DAII. I dont understand all the hate. Bioware has yet to disappoint me. I am tired of all the ****ing. I just wish the whiners would just bend over and take what Bioware is giving them because no amount of whining will get them what they want.
we agree on everything except DA2. I am the one who wants Bioware to be incharge of the developing by NOT listening to the fans.

Expectations already exceeded. At this point I just need it to be a fun game with a satisfying conclusion.

I agree. I also expect the romances to consume more time than necessary.
If I see Joker romance I think I'm done with Bioware.

But if they did that, they'd be listening to the fans who said they shouldn't listen to the fans.King Zeel wrote...

So they'd still be listening to the fans, wouldn't they?

Romances are new? I distinctly remember sticking it to Aerie, who is pretty much a D&D version of Tali.
Ugh. I'm so tired of these statements. THIS CHARACTER IS LIKE SO AND SO AND SO AND SO AND SO AND SO.

Well that's just an ureasonably ow expectation. Even DA2 was 40 hours. Regardless, you are just being overly pessimistic. The storylies of both games have been great so far, along with character development, and the gameplay hit its stride in ME2, and now the tweaks are being made to perfect it even more. The main concern I have is that the Reaper motive more be othing more than aimalistic, but besides that, no we are not beng overly optiistic.
As for Dragon Age, it pretty much had a wrapped up storylie in origins, so 2 was an obvious tack on (I hate to say it) whereas ME was planned as a trilogy from the start, and was made by a different branch of BW than DA. You have you're rght to your opiion, but I think you are worrying too much.

None of your post history could be placed in the same sentence as real points and logical thinking.
Even at the baseline, everything you've said is nothing radical opinions that are all but obviously designed to hit the hot buttons in this forum.
