A few months ago, April 8 to be exact, I had an issue with my DLC's not being enabled. EA support had me edit the AddIn.xml file and change all entries of RequiresAuthorization="1" to 0. That allowed me to play the game and my DLC's and the only problem I had with Logging in was the auto log-in would fail and I would manually log in. When I set the DaUpdate service to automatic start-up that happened a lot less. Manually logging in sometime wasn't a big issue so I let it go.

Than I ran into the problem I called EA support about on Tuesday and posted here:

In trying to fix that I changed the AddIn.xml back to RequiresAuthorization="1". Now I can't log in.

So bottom line, if you are not trying to Authorize DLC content you can log in. If you are trying to authorize DLC content you get incorrect user-name or password.

I have all DLC content enabled and this HAS fixed my problem with the DLC reward items transferring to my Origins Characters so I'm happy. I don't need to logon since I already have all possible content enabled. I will test the 1.05 patch when it comes out but for now I'm just going to play logged out.

I hope this information helps with the logon problem.
