I saw a mod somewhere, I can't remember where though, that instead of just telling you that you received an item it named what the item was down in the left hand corner. For whatever reason I didn't download it and now I can't find it again. If anyone knows where I can find it please let me know.

You could use my Auto Loot Mod for that too as it has this implemented - unless ofc you don't want to Auto Loot
