I bought the Dragon Age Origens Deluxe digital edition thata had tons of extras included  that only needed to put in the promo code and dowload the additions.
I had a hard drive failure and had to reload the game, Now the code says its been used before, and everything I bought (I bought it all) is no longer a part of my gaming experience.
This is wrong! I payed for the extra's and no matter how many times I heed to reload the game, whether for hard drive failure or viruses, I should be able to download those additional extra's I purchased.

All the DLC that you load on to an account can be found by clicking on
Profile->Your registered game content
everything unlocked on your account can be downloaded from there whenever you want and as many times as you want.
