Let's compare the Illusive Man and the Shadow Broker. Both deal with information extensively. If one wanted to, for whatever reason, take the other one out, who would emerge victorious?
I think the Shadow Broker, since she gets more varied information (not necessarily more), has a much broader view of the galaxy. While TIM may be just as good at gathering information, as the leader of Cerberus he seems to have a much narrower view of the galaxy. But maybe that's not true. TIM has a goal, whereas the Shadow Broker's only goal seems to be to survive (or at least it's only goal WAS to survive).
In ME3, do you think this confrontation will play out, and to what degree?
