EA resetted my password and I can't access my DLC

So the story is, around one-two years ago I had registared DA:O and Shale DLC on my old e-mail.
At the moment I don't have access to this e-mail (it's almost 2 years), but I was able to access my DLC by logging in game with that old (and unused) e-mail.
As maybe you know, EA decided to reset all passwords because someone breached their NWN serwers... and I don't even own NWN game.

It's obviously no problem to re-register the game to a new account, but as you can guess I can't access my DLC

Any ideas, EA people?

You need to reset the password for the original account. EA sent out emails with a link to do so. Your games will need to be registered to that account as well. This is actually not an official EA support forum, it is a forum for gamers to help each other with PC technical questions. If you need help with your EA account, you should contact EA directly.

Falcon .. please reply back here if you find something .. I'm facing the same problem. I didn't know EA did that, but it would explain alot - I just moved and got a new internet (and e-mail with it). I wasn't even able to log into my old one here :(.

I'll look around EA as well and if find something worthy, I'll let you know :)

This is ^^^. Just wanted to chime in for Falconek (or anyone else who runs into this). EA was very cooperative. I went to their help forum, and to their live chat feature. The first person (I think was a bot) wasn't all that helpful, but then I got switched to the "2nd level". This was definately a live person and was very helpful. Whole process took about 45 minutes.

@Dolico: If you have access to the original email account, simply log into it, click on the email about the password change and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you no longer have access to that email you will need to go to EA.com and access their help forum's live chat.

Sami .. Thx, But, I am Dolico .. my post right after the Dolico post, was to offer the fix I had found to others. Possibly confusing, as I had to temporarily change names here as well, as I couldn't log in :).

Nonetheless, thx for trying :)

Dougwy, See this post. http://social.biowar...8/index/7731245 I just wasn't receiving the return emails when I tried to reset my password. Seems lots of people are have issues and they are getting tons of calls. That number game in an email you didn't get because you changed your email address. I'm sure they'll help you out.
