I was just surfing around deviantart and came accross this awesome picture of a prototype Normandy SR3. I really like the "new" Normandy SR2 with the blue, black and white Alliance paint scheme however, this picture is also pretty cool.

P.s. Does anyone know how to simple just show the picture instead of posting a link because everytime I try the [img*] .... [/img] , thing it doesn't work.
Thanks

Nope. Not a fan either.
Not that its a bad design, but I feel the SR2 is the perfect ship for Shepard. Plus, considering what happed in ME2, trashing it would be a completely unoriginal plot device.

I like it more than I like the "NORMANDYA" Honestly what the f**k was Alliance brass thinking putting the SA logo right at the end of Normandy?

You're missing the point, lads.
It's not about the color scheme or palette, or heck, even the design of the ship. It's the creativity and talent of the author, which I may say, is epic.
So kudos to the artist, he deserves a pat on the shoulder for this one.

I don't like it, thought it's not badly drawn.

It looks gorgeous! Amazing work indeed, you need to make the actual concept for the ship. They should hire you!

The hull design is quite good... but color scheme is completely inappropriate... it's brandishing Cerberus colors when we know it is an Alliance ship in ME3... slap the Alliance A on it and repaint it black, blue & silver and you're all set.

That is indeed a badaz ship.
I cannot say that I'm in favor of scrapping the SR2, though. After all of the effort to get it ready to mess up the collectors and all of the additional tech we installed, not to mention EDI, we don't really need another ship to replace it.

Meh... it doesn't feel like the Normandy. it could make a nice similar ship belonging to an NPC (Conrad's ?) but as a ''Normandy'', I don't like it.
