Or 'Blake's Emporium,' a cosmetic surgery boutique on the Citadel.
Nothing was worse than going through that entire intro repeatedly just to fix one small detail on your face that you didn't notice until you got it in actual game lighting.

I...uh, said something stupid to Jack in the beginning of ME3... which led to the surgery.

Shepard shaves his beard and accidentally cuts himself, then this happens.

What I HATED about ME2 was that I had the option to import my ME1 face, or start over again from scratch (not sure if it's different for PC or PS3). I figured my Shepards may want to grow a beard, get a tattoo, change make up, etc. I hope that ME3 will give us the option to tweak as well as totally rebuild our characters.
Realistically the corrupted data that many have already suggested. Far reaching....Surviving a Batarian assassination attempt that left you scarred. Reaching further....The Hanar that put Zaeed in the neck brace was contracted to take Shep out. During the battle, the Hanar got too close. Okay out of my system but it'll probably be one of the two first choices.Randomjob wrote...
So ME2 smartly began with Shephard dying and then getting reconstructed so it made sense that you'd be able to create a new face.
I don't think they'll go the dying route again though. Do you think they'll come up with some story reason as to why you can change your face and class again, or will they just do it at the beginning and forget about trying to contrive a reason for it?
