I'm assuming you mean your Xbox Gamertag? You can do that here:

ya its doing that for me too... i just tried to link my gamertag as well and says that its already been taken...

If your Xbox or PSN account is linked to another EA profile you will have to contact EA support to get it moved.
If you no longer have access to the email address your account uses you will also have to contact EA support. If you can prove things like your date of birth and other unique factors they might be able to give you access to the account again.
