Shifty looking cow definitly needs to return for a cameo and the refund guy should actually get some form of closure with shepards help(paragon/renegade interupt preferably), also the hanar preacher should return in a new location maybe even as a missionary in a side quest(that'd be fun).

As far as Im concerned, every cow present in Overlord is a shifty looking cow. All become roadkill in my presence.

EDIT: I wanna see some Raloi! And some walking Hanar. You can catch a glimpse of one in those videos on LotSB after you defeat the Shadow Broker. They walk so funny! Heck, one should get scared and jump and start running in the other direction, then hide and start shaking. It would look so hilarious.
