I understand this is something of an old problem, and that there is a wiki page dedicated to it, however, as someone who isn't too great with computers I got half way through the manual installation and got stuck. I was wandering if there was another guide in "smaller, silly-person steps" or if there was something else I could try to solve this problem?

i figure out that you have to open SQL as administrator(most of the problems are because of crappy winUAC) in order to open the toolset... so before all that you will have to update sql ...http://social.bioware.com/wiki/datoolset/index.php/Manual_database_installation
