Seriously, though, it has to be TW2. I won't share my reasons in respect to those in my friends list who like that game... but I've waisted a good amount of money with it.

Street Fighter IV. If I wanted Street Fighter II with upgraded graphics I could have played Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. At least I'll get a GOOD Street Fighter game this summer when Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition is released.
That's crazy talk. SF4 gave me Crimson Viper and the return of Rose. The only way it could've been more perfect is if Charlie came back too. I can't stand the tragically unfashionable and lame Guile.
Most disappointing game I ever played? Ever? Probably this Atari game called "Airwolf". I can't remember if it was 2600 or 7800. I'm thinking 2600. It was a classic case of false advertising. The cover art made me think it was based on the show, and the screenshots on the box seemed interesting enough. When I finally got to play the game I realized it was *nothing* like the show. Not even in that quaint, hideously ugly but still familiar 2600 graphics sort of way. I felt sad after buying it. Not angry. Sad. I had been cheated out of not only my gift opportunity, but the dream that built up in my childhood mind.
More recently: "Mass Effect". Talk about meh.

The Game of Life. You can never win, you can only finish slightly better or worse off than when you started.
I cannot win, but I'm content with assuring my enemies can't either
Games? Hmm.. I've seen plenty that were disappointing...... but its hard to judge a particular failure so great that it stands out... I'm usually good at avoiding the such. I rarely buy games new and often read reviews before purchasing.

I miss every character having their old theme music, and the more frenetic, but not vs game pace of that title.

@slimgrin - The original was a decidedly mediocre effort in my eyes. ME2 was leagues better.

I didn't write Guile's theme was bad. Charlie's theme is better, that's all.
I prefer Guile's theme to this. Mainly 'cause the video editing makes Guile's theme better rather than the other way around.

Duke Nukem Forever, good thing I rented it.
Were you disappointed because you thought it could be good or because you didn't expect it to be that bad?
