Poor homefront I've been meaning to play it for months are you telling me I should just go ahead and uninstall it now.

On a side note I'd like to add the original witcher game to my list of all time dissapointments.

Oh no, go ahead, just be ready for a stealth mission where if you shoot once without being told so its game over, and then going on a previous one, where one dude your with just flips out and does the same ****. Your also always the...hmm the lowest ranking squad member it seems. Litterally everyone with you orders you around time to time. Also forget opening any doors, the AI teammate is only allowed that huge skill. Also cover is pointless half the time, and enemies respawn.  Also I beat the SP in 4 hours, its like as soon as you run threw all the BS and take the golden gate bridge, and are a litle bit pumped up with a US Army Commander telling you to charge the city, -lulz thanks for playing!-

You can play it if you want, but the weapon, airstrike, and armor unit features don't appear in the SP period, only the multiplayer. Which seems to overly favor sniper classes. So you can play it, just don't expect much from it unless you love COD style multiplayer.

Well I can safely say that I'm really glad I didn't pay for it ^_^

Dragon Age 2, definitely.

Its certainly not the worst game ive played, its not even a really bad game, but it was the most dissapointing game ive ever played because it completely ruined the series, and DAO was tied on my top 5 list of best games this generation.

Other games are worse and i hate them (SW: Force Unleashed, Borderlands, Metal Gear Solid 4, GTA 4, Resident Evil 5, CoD Black Ops...others), but their just a bad game, no biggie, i'll go play something else. DA2 however.... The whole time i was lamenting on how could they have gone from Origins...to this.

Every Prince of Persia game, after the first one. They were just so dark and broody.

It wasn't, that's my point. It was the only good one, because all the sequels were dark and broody.

Sands of Time was not the first Prince of Persia game and I myself don't see how any of them are dark and broody.

My biggest disappointments are..

Halo Reach
Call of Duty: World at War
Transformers: War for Cybertron
Saw: The Game
Resident Evil 1-3, Code Veronica, Dead Aim, and Outbreak (only Resi games I like are 4 and 5)
...and...
Devil May Cry 4

I bought sands of time from GoG. Played about 20 minutes and uninsatalled it. I realized afterwards, I hate platformers. They're silly.

I think what he means when he says the Prince of Persia games after sands of time were "dark and broody" is that they tried too hard to be edgy and hardcore. I'd agree as the later games had more violence, metal music and sexualization of female characters.

Warrior Within is really the only one that did that. Now The Two Thrones was a good mix of both Sands of Time and Warrior Within in my view.

And the 2008 game was in no way dark and edgy.

Also slimgrin, platformers are a fun way to kick back and relax.

LOL complaining about God Of War 3 because of Kratos' lust for vengence yet praise the first 2 when it has ALWAYS been about kratos' lust for vengance

There are two types of revenge... You either believe that : " Revenge is a dish best served cold . " or " The best revenge is success :innocent: ."

My problem with Kratos is not just his bloodlust and thirst for vengence. It's the fact that he get's on my nerves... I use to like him : But now I see that he proves how true that old saying is : "When you point your finger at someone else, there are three fingers pointing right back at you." he's constantly going on and on about how petty and pathetic the Olympian Gods are... But he leaves himself out of this equation.:? As if he were some 'gift to humanity '... As its been said, "The unexamined life is not worth living." The Ghost of Sparda refuses to take a look at himself and stop blaming everyone else for his own choices...

- Add on to that, the fact that he was defeated by the Barbarian King but got a reprieve.

-Was easily despensed with by Aries, ( while he was retrieving Pandora's Box ) but once again got a do -over.

-And finally Lord Zues defeats Kratos at the begining of God of War 2, but Gaia brings him back...<_<

Kratos is supposed to be this major BAD ASS but what he comes across as to me is someone who has an uncanny knack for stealing victory from its rightful receiver...  :bandit:It is as though the Goddess Nike herself : Goddess of Victory is on his side...

-

Kratos would go to hell and back to destroy you for saying all that
He's not meant to be likeable.. He's not there to play fair.   He's way to stubborn to let anyone have the victory.  You think he was given those second chances?  Play the games again he storms out of the underworld because nothing and he means NOTHING will stop him!
Damn its refreshing to see that!

When Godsmack started playing I died a few times because I was too busy laughing at how epically stupid it was.

Goldeneye for the Wii was pretty disappointing. Abysmal AI.I was expecting something close to the original, but instead got a Call of Duty-ish game with no bots. It was okay to play, but then some weeks late I got No One Lives Forever and THAT was a really good game and more like what it should have tried to be.
