all the weapons contained in the Firepower Pack are very useful. Phalanx outstrips the Carnifex and the GPS actually makes engaging enemies at mid-range possible.

I like the Mattock best of all the assault rifles so fat. Unfortunately, I've never tried using the Revanant yet, but I would like to do so and am planning to do one last playthrough as a soldier and pick the Revenant instead of the Widow. I won't even use the Mattock so I can get so used to using the Mattock all the time and it'll be a smother transition to the Revenenat which isn't nearly as accurrate as the Mattock, to state the obvious.

I only use Bolt action rifles with my Infiltrator personally. Really need that scope in slowdown time without using up a power as I would with AR

Revenant is not really Assault Rifle. It is 700 RPM Machine Gun. Just keep shooting and moving at the same time. It gives Soldier unique weapon no other class can wield, and unlike Mattock, it does not make things way too easy.

Lol at LOB's comment about how long it took him to decide. After kronner's comment I went back to a save and took revenant. It was the easiest platform fight I ever had. When I get back home I'm going to do a run with it. You can get in harbinger's face with that gun.

I prefer revenant just because I don't like tapping weapons.

One reason it was easier was that I noticed you already had the accuracy upgrade for the assault rifle.
