Leilana has high Dex (30) and master combat training but the game will not allow me to progress her archery skills beyond the fist two tiers.  Is this a bug or have I missed something.  I'm having the same problem with Sten - game doesn't recognize that he has Master combat training and so I can't take the top tier skills.

Any help appreciated as these are two charachters I use a lot.

Sorry, I should have added that I am playing the Ultimate Edition PC version.
