Hold up there. How has BioWare done that? There was that silly incident with Gaider stating the Qunari where Islamic Borg, but as much as I'd like to bash Gaider that was in no way intened as an insult. And what have they even done against Christianity or Judaism?
As for the rest of your post: every counterpoint I have is the obvious one, and is likely to do nothing more then invite flaming, so I'll just leave you with this reaciton: "sigh*.

Homosexuality? I don't know the Qua'ran but it's fairly obvious that Muslims disapprove. And as for Judeo-Christianity, please do not insult me like that.

Sleeping with aliens would probably be offending some religious institution as well.  As would sleeping outside of the bond of marriage, which Ashley admits to have done (ie, she's no virgin when she sleeps with Shepard).  What is the point in arguing about Ashley's unconfirmed religious beliefs?

I never once stated that Ashley was a Christian; I only gave an argument based on the possibility that she was a Christian or Jew (the most likely two) that Ashley should remain straight. I didn't expect it to get a response like this...

Religion + homosexuality = a touchy subject with most people.  There is no indication in the game about how deep Ashley's religious roots are -- many people can believe in God but not uphold high moral standards that some sects of religion demand.

Actually Isaac, I wouldn't say it's 100% confirmed yet. I'd say that it's looking more and more likely though.

It's not 100% confirmed that it will be in the game since anything can happen, anything can get cut and even the entire game may get cancelled (you know, nothing's impossible). But the fact BW did write a s/s romance for him in ME3 and that at this point the plan is to have it is 100% confirmed IMO, BW told it Raphael. As for my personal predictions, I really doubt they would cut the same thing twice from the game, Kaidan's s/s romance in particular, after how disappointed gay players were after they did it the first time.
