In ME1 Captain Kirrahe tells Shepard that he hopes they work together again in the future. So how about it? I'm hoping that Captain Kirrahe, Lieutenant Ganto Imness, and Commander Rentola will all make a return and maybe aid Shepard on a sidemission (which involves fighting the reapers).

Yeah, I think this is very likely. BW have said that virtually every character we've met in ME/ME2 will appear in some form in ME3.
I liked the characters (Kirrahe's speech was epic, and Mordin's references to him were hilarious) so it'd be great to see them again in ME3.

There was a lack of characters like Fist, Helena Blake and more. Though you did see them in ME2 I suppose, the Lt and Commander Rentola aren't seen again. Where do you meet Rentola again?
