Krogans are not allowed to have space ships.

Neither was the germans but they did start world war two.

The Germans had an industrial base to utilise in shipbuilding, the Krogan don't.Hell even the most basic infrastructure in Tuchanka is primitive at best, they probally live hand to mouth and the only resource they most likely have in abundance is ammuntion and firearms.

I doubt BW will just make the game as you rally all the species, go on a final mission and take out Reapers, then everything will be back to normal.

Sacrifices will be made. Might even lose most of the population on Earth. Maybe the whole Sol system.

Epic battles are good, but Shep needs to have a showdown with some villain like Saren while the battle rages in space.

Interesting note here. Despite the massive allied bombings Germany often produced even more military hardware in the last months of the war. So it's possible to manufacture stuff even while still "under fire".

But then again. Germans are efficient people. Krogans? Not so much.

Yeah, and we neede a third battle planetside with little furry creature, too.

Seriously though, there can't be enough epic space battle IMO. The battle for the citadel in ME1 was AWESOME, so were the Normandy space scenes around the collector base (although thay get a few less points for not having enough ships). We need more fo that in 3

I think the Krogans will server as ground troopers probably to fight Husks, take down the ground Reapers and etc. there is a mission summary in Mass Effect 2 after Tuchanka that actually says 'Krogan shocktroopers may come in useful when fighting the Reapers"

It took the Alliance fleet and the Citadel fleet along with the Destiny Ascension just to take out one Reaper.
If the Reapers come in numbers there is nothing that the Citadel races or the alliance can do to stop them.
We just don't have the numbers, or the technology.

Unless Shepard and Liara somehow unlock some secret magic tech from the Prothean beacons, that is.

You means like Collectors ship did? Well that could be problem.

But if Sovereign destruction was any sign, then there is not really huge explosion, when it's destroyed.

Considering Sovereign was 2km long, I won't exactly say thats a small explosion.

Well yeah, if you look at that way, it was decent one. Explosion was actually larger than the ship itself. But if the Reaper ship would explode when it's landed on some city, there would sure be lot of damage. But it cmoes from pieces of the ships more than from explosion. And if you considered the fact that it's not likely that any of the Reaper ships are still landed, when galactic forces comes to save Earth or somethingl ike that. It would be space battle, so cities would be safe.

However, if Reaper ships would explode with force like Collectors ship, then it would be problem.

I definitely want more space battles, having a final boss fight on foot would be going against the idea of Reapers being as strong as they are, I might as well play Mass Effect 1 and start shooting at Sovereign on Eden Prime and going inside Reapers to destroy it from the inside would mean that the final battle would be more repetitive than epic.
I'm hoping you can control the Normandy from the CIC centre, choosing an overall tactic like continually moving so they have more difficulty with the big guns, but meaning you have less opportunity with your main cannon, or using the main cannon but being an easy target and then controlling the situation as it develops.

Krogans like a Orcs in WH40K universe.
Krogans cantake agrimotor, add to this vehicle Nuclear engines and nuclear weapons.
Krogans call that horror a Tanchik.
And PUFF PUFF Attack to Reapers!
And destroy Reapers.
And win the war!
That's nice =)

Wow! I'd love to give orders from the CIC in the middle of a huge space battle!

The germans didn't build battleships before after the war broke out, they was limited to cruisers they outfitted with heavy guns and heavy armor to be a substitute for a battleship, which was allowed as long as the ship was kept under a certain tonnage.

Most space ships in ME is build on space platforms (or at least assembled) as heavy ships like cruisers and dreadnaughts can't land on planets with a "normal" gravity.

In orbit around Tuchanka, there are several space stations manned by Council Forces, most likely Turians who uphold a very strict arms embargo on Tuchanka with enforcers routinely boarding any ship inbound for Tuchanka, even diplomat ships. Personal firearms are allowed to be flown in, but anything that could be used in ship manufactering is considered a grave offense and the punishment is usually "death by spacing".

So no, the Krogans are not going to build space ships in the near future.

Same here, if done right, it could be epic.

I'd really like to see a space battle where I get to do something. CGI movies are cool and everything but it would be nice to have something to do during my game besides be a passive observer. Something as important as a major fleet action against the reapers would be a lot more interesting if I could actually participate in what happens instead of watching a movie.

Any kind of epic would be nice, since ME2 was sorely lacking in that department.

And when it comes to epic, space battles are the best kind. Bring it on.
