It last updated 3 days ago, and doesn't show that I finished the game, that my female character is level 21 instead of 19 and completely ignores my new male rogue. Why isn't it updating? Is there any way to force update?

DAO is working for me, but not DA2. I can't even access DA2 profiles

DAO won't upload stats or screenshots for me just achievements. DA2 updates everything for me except equipment. Pretty sad it is.

Deactivating the command console usually helps.

I'm having the same problem with my Dragon Age 2 file. My Hawke is almost level 20, but it hasn't updated the information since he was level 10.

Same here states password or email is bad, but when I go to site it works. DAO updates along with Awaking But DAII dose not did before patch 1.03 I thought.

That might be because you've not activated your DA2 profile yet.

It's hard to activate the profile when nothing happens when clicking on the "Activate Online Profiles" link.

That's another thing, even though my profile is techically active, I still have the "Activate Online Profile" link there, and it does nothing.

The update system is complete mess and needs some serious overhaul for both DA:O and DA2.

Thanks. I don't know whether this^ helped or it's just Bioware fixed something, but after I deactivated the console my DA2 profile got updated for the first time since May

Mine has started updating, too – for the first time in nearly a week (It had nothing to do with the console, it's been deactivated for months). I'm still getting the occasional server drop-out, but that's no biggie.

This is a known issue and is being discussed in the Site Help forum. It is not DA2 specific, it is a system wide problem that we are aware of and working on. You can join in the thread in Site Help.
