So I wonder if killing a specter will
be mentioned in the trial. Likely an argument or something.thoughts?

When Saren died, he was no longer a Spectre.

They took away his Spectre status after giving evidence of his treason, correct?

Dont think it'll matter, You can just turn around and tell them she went rouge and tryed to kill you and liara, which she did btw.

Can't see why it should. There were plenty of witnesses to Vasir's actions on Illium so they can't really argue that she was a "good" Spectre. Besides, Spectres are beyond the Alliance chain of command.

Renegade Shep: She attacked me first plus she attacked my lover. She had to be put down for the good of all the galaxy because only I can stop the Reaper threat. Trial is over, I have to go save all your idiotic asses from the Reapers unless you want me to personally feed you to the Reapers, your choice, if you let me choose I choose the latter just because you are all douches.

In ME you didn't kill a Spectre, you
killed a douche who used to be a Spectre. Shep was made a Spectre after
Saren was stripped of his Spectre status. So no Spectre killing in ME by Shep's hands only by Saren's hands when he assassinated Nihlus.

No, she wasn't.

She never went against the Council.

In their eyes, she just did her job. So Shepard killed a Council Spectre.

Let's not take this trial for anything more than it is: A show off trial to try and appease the Batarians. Considering the ever existent tension between Humans and Batarians I doubt anyone in the alliance actually cared for the system that Shepard blew up. The Batarians are mad and if the Alliance can ease the tension a little by putting Shepard on trial then they do it.

The Alliance also doesn't know about Tela Vasir so no it shouldn't even be mentioned.

I can hardly imagine how such kind of thing can bother one's soul anyway.

Yep, it's all politics. Though, everyone knows if a Batarian had destroyed a human colony a televised parade would be held in his honor. They should be handing Shepard awards.

Well I always counted Spector girl as 2nd degree murder if not 1st degree sense you chased her down, wounded her, and still kept pursuing her. It could be argued that she was trying to protect herself from an insane shep who blew up that building with his conspirator Liara and tried to kill her who fled, and later tried to defend herself and failed. Now we all know this is not how that happened but if you're trying to make a guilty party look innocent then that's what you do.

If we get a lawyer I expect him to tell it like it happened Spector girl blew up the building, tried to kill Liara twice, threatened shep with her gun, fled from arrest, took a hostage, and then died for her trouble. Therefore shep was doing his job as specter pursuing a rouge agent.

Her not being brought up if the prosecution isn't trying to toss everything and the kitchen sink at shep doesn't make sense. If they're out for blood she will be brought up as well as all your major decisions till this point that can be related to crimes in anyway, shape, or form.

No doubt about it. The Batarians would definitely have honored the people who destroyed a human colony. The Alliance would've done the same if it weren't for the reaper threat.

lol

Vasir blew up buildings in Illium on non-Council related business. I doubt anyone will weep too many tears or look too closely into the matter. Even Shepard, forced into working for Cerberus, doesn't do that sort of damage, at least until the Hand of God mandates that we must accidently a mass relay.

And then I say : "She worked with the SB, which in itself is no betrail. But he actively worked with the Reapers, which is a massive betrail!!!"
Court/Council/Whoever: " "Reapers", huh?"

*Skies gets darkened by huge, ancient, sentient machines*

Shepard: "Yes, Reapers."
