 I've been google-ing this for a while now and hasn't seen any answer yet.

I just want to know until when can I pre-order, since the local shop in our country doesn't accept  pre-orders yet and haven't release any information about pre-ordering the Collector's Edition.

Same problem here (Romania).Other games, like BF 3 and COD 3 MW( the new ones from EA games),can be preordered already, but no MS3 CE

I know it's like 9 more months before release but I'm just worried that I may not get the CE. So, is there cutoff date for pre-ordering? :|

And I can't buy anything online since I don't have a bank/credit account yet.

It's already 8 months if we estimate gentler. And yes, I don't care for CE; I'm fine with DD or even the basic version - depending what will be available on Steam.

I think it will be like any other normal CE in that it will be availbe to order until relase day.

The whole DA2 signature edition with its cut off date months in advance of release was a huge mess imo, and i dont think bioware will do that again.

I believe there was a information stating that there are only a limited number of CE editions. I have to go and check to make sure.
