I'm going full paragon and would like to aquire Samara ASAP. This way my chances of getting Morinth are at their best.

So far I've only done Mordin and Garrus. Nothing else. What is the fastest route to pick up Samara/Morinth?

Once you get the other dossiers, get her first, then do another mission, then she should talk to you about her loyalty mission.
