I purchased a BW gift certificate for a friend, but the item she wanted has gone out of stock. How long are the gift certificates good for? Apologies if this has been brought up before. Thanks!

Your best bet is probably to pm Ms Domino (BW store staff member) directly social.bioware.com/2534516/ or write on treehouses facebook page.

Well the certificates are for Treehouse and not exclusively for Bioware. Gives some flexibility if you want to spend on another brand which Treehouse cater too.
As far as im aware there is no date on it and the certificate doesn't have to be used all at once. If you have a $100 for example you can spend $40 and still have $60 left for a future purchase.
I would go with Namira's suggestion Jaime and pm Ms Domino to get the precise ins and outs. When you do let us know =)
