I've recently created a VERY heavily modified Infiltrator. I removed some of the skills I didn't use all that often and subbed in some that were a bit more... deliberate from other classes. i.e adrenaline rush, charge, ect. as well as transplanting T.I.M's eyes onto my character and turning them red. how will this affect importing into ME3?

No idea. Appearance might be OK but I have serious doubts about the skill shifting.

Unpredictable. There may be no problem, there may be a major one. Bioware as im sure your aware takes no liability in modded savefiles. These changes while small may have no impact or may cause the import not to function. Only time will tell.

Depends on what is taken over from the ME2 -Save. The look might screw up just because certain meshes/textures aren´t in ME3 Gamefiles or have different names know. Because you can´t (afaik) permanently change your powers that shouldn´t affect the savegame at all.
